Packaging and Transportation Procedure for Our Complete Product Range

We have a uniform workflow in packaging and logistics that is export-wise, which prepares all our products except that they are safe in handling and delivery with no damages in India and other countries. Every phase is also thought out to cushion equipment against vibration, impact, and moisture risks in addition to long-distance transportation risks. The same is done to water chillers, air chillers and all other products that we produce and supply.

Step 1 : Product Fixing and Structural Stabilization

The process starts with mechanical repair of the unit of the product. The industrial quality fastening is used in all internal assemblies, critical parts, piping, and electrical parts. Moving components are fixed, and vibration-sensitive sites are fixed to avoid the mechanical stress during the transportation.

Objective: Avoid internal movement, vibration breakage, and alignments during transportation.

Step 2: Inner Protective Packing

Once the repair is done the product is inner-packed with moisture-proof and shock absorbing materials. Foam padding, stretch film and cushioning materials are used as protective layers to cover all the exposed areas and all those components which are sensitive.

Objective: Dust, humidity, surface abrasion, and small mechanical shocks.

Step 3: Packing of Plywood Box Heavy

The product is packed in a specially designed heavy-duty plyboard box which is produced depending on its size and weight. The casing of the plywood is strengthened to resist the weights of the stacking, forklift operation and the transportation strain over long distances. When exporting goods, the packing is done to comply with the shipping and container loading requirements by the international community.

Step 4: Loading and Inland Transportation Under Control

The product is loaded to the trucks with the use of cranes or forklifts, in accordance with good lifting and load-sharing practices. The delivery is then by road under conditions of control. In the case of domestic clients, the truck will go straight to the facility of the customer.

Instead of cooling towers and water, the Air-cooled chillers reject heat using ambient air and condenser fans. They are less complex to install and maintain. Water-cooled chillers operate with cooling towers and water circuits and are less efficient at higher capacity than water-cooled chillers, but less expensive to install and much more expensive to maintain as they use water.

Proper sizing is essential to make sure that it operates properly and is not short-cycling. Calculation of the chiller capacity should be done following the process heat load, ambient conditions, and working hours. Most industrial applications choose a unit that is 10 to 20% larger than the calculated load to allow for controlling peak summer and expansion in the capacity.

The amount of power consumed depends on the COP (Coefficient of Performance) of the chiller or its EER ( Energy Efficiency Ratio ). Ambient temperature, part-load operation, type of compressor and use of variable speed drives (VSDs) are issues that have a great impact on the costs of energy. More efficient models lead to the reduction of long-term operating costs.

Yes, however, standard models can be less efficient at ambient temperatures above 35°C. In the case of high-temperature areas, high-ambient or tropicalized chillers that have larger condensers and increased airflow are suggested to ensure the reliable cooling effect.

Normal reasons are dirty condenser coils or air filters, leakage of refrigerant, poor airflow, improper temperature settings, or a process heat load that is not within the rated capacity of the chiller. These problems can be prevented through regular preventive maintenance.

The level of noise is dependent on the type and the size of the compressor. Smaller to medium-sized chillers with scroll compressors normally run at 60-65 dB, and larger industrial chillers with screw compressors can produce more noise.
